BLACKSTONE’S GUIDE TO THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT

For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Covering almost all the provisions of the Consumer Credit Act 2006, this guide includes a discussion of the importance of the internet and electronic technology to this area of the law. Placing the Act in the context of what has gone before, the commentary included is structured in a clear and logical way. It’s without doubt one of the best law books available on this today. It’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. Ultimately it’s your decision whether you want to buy this book or not.

CRIMINAL PROCESS

If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. Drawing on arguments from the law, research policy, and principle, this book provides an overview of key issues in criminal processes and procedures. The chapters offer coverage of developing areas, such as the use of DNA samples and eyewitness identification evidence, as well as a discussion of the Criminal Justice Act 2003. It’s without doubt one of the best law books available anywhere at the moment. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.

FAMILY LAW

If you haven’t come across this yet, it may be worth investing in this book. Divided into chapters covering the major topics on undergraduate law courses, this edition covers developments in such areas as the work-life balance, equality, civil partnership, the recognition of cohabitation, the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, child support, the Adoption and Children Act 2006, and the representation of children. It’s one of the handiest law books you’ll find today. I like books from OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. Even if it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, you can’t exactly grumble about the price for the amount of information you get.

Useful to practitioners and others working in the employment environment, this manual provides an overview of Irish employment law incorporating the changes in legislation, making it a starting point on the subject. I think you’ll agree that it’s the best law books around on this subject. Thereafter, each chapter contains an introduction focusing on important legal aspects and points of interest. You’ll find that it’s one of the best law books around on this subject. It’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.

This text offers practical guidance specifically for the doctor, nurse, manager or lawyer faced with legal difficulties arising out of a medical emergency. You’ll find it the handiest law books available on this today. The company who publish it are called OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.

It’s worth taking a look at this book. Examines European legislation that regulates the safety of consumer products. There are different legal requirements for medicines, machines, electronics, toys and so on, which employ different regulatory mechanisms. This book compares the various mechanisms and asks why particular mechanisms are used, or not used for different products. It’s one of the greatest law books about. It’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.
