INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF HAZARDOUS WASTES

I may have mentioned this to you before but I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. Deals with the international response to one of the serious environmental problems we face: transboundary traffic in hazardous wastes. This book analyses the key international treaties in this field, and proposes ways to build a comprehensive global waste management regime. You’ll find that it’s one of the best law books about. It’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. Even if it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, you can’t exactly grumble about the price for the amount of information you get.

Check out this book. Third revised edition. Without doubt this is one of the handiest law books available anywhere at the moment. It’s published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.

HISTORICAL INTRODUCTION TO PRIVATE LAW

For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. This book provides an introduction to the rise and development of present-day private law. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s one of the handiest law books the stores are stocking about this subject at the moment. It’s published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. Ultimately it’s your decision whether you want to buy this book or not.

INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS AND ISLAMIC LAW

It’s worth taking a look at this book. Provides a comprehensive analysis that asks whether Muslim States can comply with international human rights law whilst adhering to Islamic law. This work examines the traditional arguments on this subject, and offers a vision of the realisation of international human rights within the application of Islamic law. It’s without doubt one of the best law books you’ll find about this particular subject. It’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.

TRAUMA AND MEMORY

You should spend some time considering this book. This book is a guide to the controversies swirling around recovered memories of trauma, especially childhood sexual abuse. The contributors provide a road map to the research on memory, including ways in which it is affected by trauma. Therapeutic approaches to patients suffering the after effects of trauma are considered in detail. You’ll find it the handiest law books the stores are stocking about this subject at the moment. The company who publish it are called OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.

Today I’m highly recommending you read up on this book. Suitable for solicitors and accountants, this work adopts a practical approach, considering both the vendor and seller’s perspective and provides the practitioner with a step-by-step guide to the legal, taxation and commercial issues involved in buying and selling private companies and businesses. I think you’ll agree that it’s the best law books available anywhere at the moment. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by TOTTEL PUBLISHING ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.

I like books from PEARSON EDUCATION LIMITED ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.

This third edition focuses on the emergence of non-state actors such as the UN and NGO’s. It includes case studies of human rights violations in countries such as Chile, Argentina, South Africa, China and Bosnia. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s one of the handiest law books available on this today. It’s published by THE PERSEUS BOOKS GROUP ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. Even if it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, you can’t exactly grumble about the price for the amount of information you get.

It’s published by SWEET and MAXWELL LTD ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It’s an impressive book so take a peek now.

COMPETITION, REGULATION AND THE NEW ECONOMY

If you haven’t seen this yet, have a look at this book. The question which is pursued in the series of essays in this book is whether the conceptual underpinnings of competition law and international regulatory mechanisms are adequate or appropriate to deal with the developments raised by the new economy. It’s one of the greatest law books around on this subject. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.
