My inclination is that it’s one of the handiest law books you’ll find today. I like books from ESTATES GAZETTE LTD ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. Ultimately it’s your decision whether you want to buy this book or not.

If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. Explores the panoply of crimes facilitated using the Internet and the issues of complexity of detection, investigation, and prosecution. This work asks readers to question how cybercrimes are similar to and different from their common law ancestors, challenging readers to begin to frame cybercrime within a rational jurisprudential framework. You should spend some time considering this book. Useful for lawyers and surveyors specialising in the leisure sector, this second edition includes chapters on golf courses and garden centres. The case studies include city centre and country hotels, cinemas and theatres, and restaurants and night-clubs. It also includes sections on rating, taxation, and compulsory purchase. You’ll find it the handiest law books you’ll find today. The company who publish it are called ESTATES GAZETTE LTD ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.

I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Examines the future of labour law from a variety of perspectives. Issues covered include the employment relationship; the public- private divide; termination of employment; equality law; corporate governance; collective bargaining; workers’ participation; strikes; international labour standards; EU law; impact of globalisation. You’ll find it the handiest law books you’ll find in any of the stores. I’ve always been a fan of books published by HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.

It’s published by ELSEVIER SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. Even if it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, you can’t exactly grumble about the price for the amount of information you get.

It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.
