I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Useful for students as resource material for seminars and tutorials, this work may be used by itself or in conjunction with one of the standard texts to provide substance to the basic landlord and tenant principles. My inclination is that it’s one of the handiest law books available anywhere at the moment. I’ve always been a fan of books published by ESTATES GAZETTE LTD ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. Ultimately it’s your decision whether you want to buy this book or not.

USING THE BUILDING REGULATIONS ACCESS PT. M

It may be worth investing in this book. Takes the practitioner through the requirements for Part M of the Building Regulations, explaining the guidance given in the Approved Document, and comparing the advice in BS83000 and other relevant publications. This title analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each form of compliance. It also explains and evaluates alternative approaches. It’s without doubt one of the best law books available anywhere at the moment. It’s published by ELSEVIER SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.

COMPANY LAW

For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Explores the theoretical concepts using a variety of case examples to place the learning in context. This book provides information on the stages involved with creating and managing a private company through to dissolution. It offers an introduction to the various aspects of company law, featuring review questions to contextualise the learning. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s one of the handiest law books you’ll find about this particular subject. It’s published by ELSEVIER SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.

If you haven’t seen this yet, check out this book. Provides a useful guide to the running of an optometric practice, and the legal framework in which an optometrist must work. This book is of interest to those working in optometric practice. My inclination is that it’s one of the handiest law books available on this today. I like books from ELSEVIER HEALTH SCIENCES ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.

For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Gives an account on how civil society is effected and influenced by globalisation. Part of the “Global Governance and the Quest for Justice” mini-series, this book focuses on themes of citizen organisation and empowerment set in the context of globalising legal processes. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s one of the handiest law books available on this today. It’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. Even if it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, you can’t exactly grumble about the price for the amount of information you get.

MAKE YOUR WILL THE RIGHT WAY

For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. This book reviews the major issues surrounding Wills and Probate, and deals with such matters as bequests (including charitable ones), beneficiaries, formalities and witnesses, etc. It defines the type of Estate which is safely dealt with in a do-it-yourself Will, and gives as examples ten sample Wills covering these circumstances. You’ll find that it’s one of the best law books available on this today. It’s published by CONSTABLE AND ROBINSON ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.

COLLINS DICTIONARY OF LAW

For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Second edition. Fully revised and updated to maintain its position as the essential popular reference guide to law. It’s one of the greatest law books you’ll find today. It’s published by HARPER COLLINS REFERENCE ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.

HUMAN RIGHTS IMPACT OF THE WORLD TRADE ORGANISATION

If you haven’t seen this yet, check out this book. Examines the impact of international trade rules on the promotion and protection of human rights, and explains why human rights are an important mechanism for assessing the social justice impact of the international trading system. My inclination is that it’s one of the handiest law books about. I like books from HART PUBLISHING ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.
