For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Presents the papers of the sixth IP conference organised by the Macau Institute of European Studies (IEEM) on intellectual property law and the economic challenges for Asia. This book deals with the implications of free trade agreements for the international framework of intellectual property law. It’s without doubt one of the best law books you’ll find about this particular subject. It’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It’s an impressive book so take a peek now.

If you haven’t seen this yet, have a look at this book. With the aid of economic theory Anthony Ogus critically examines the ways in which public law has been adapted to the task of regulating industrial activity and provides a systematic overview of the theory and forms of social and economic regulation. I think you’ll agree that it’s the best law books about today. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. I may have mentioned this to you before but I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. Offers a modern account of English criminal law, combining a detailed exposition of the law with an exploration of its theoretical underpinnings. This book contains chapters on criminalisation and on international criminal law, as well as sections on the terrorism legislation, criminal damage, and anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOs). It’s one of the greatest law books about. It’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.

LEGAL RECOGNITION OF SAME-SEX PARTNERSHIPS

I may have mentioned this to you before but I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. Should same-sex couples be allowed to marry and have the same rights as different-sex couples with regard to pensions, housing, immigration, children and so forth? This text examines the theoretical and legal implications of these questions. You’ll find that it’s one of the best law books available on this today. It’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.

It’s published by HODDER EDUCATION ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.

MEDICAL ETHICS AND MEDICAL LAW

CASES, MATERIALS AND TEXTS ON UNJUSTIFIED ENRICHMENT

If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. This work concerns the law of restitution and contains a wide selection of extracts from the basic texts and commentaries. The materials are chosen and ordered so as to foster comparative study, prefaced by comparative introductions and complemented with annotations. It’s one of the greatest law books you’ll find in any of the stores. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. WHAT ABOUT LAW?

Have a look at this book. Provides a presentation of the study of law as an academic subject, designed to help 17- and 18-year old students and others decide whether law as an academic discipline is the right choice for them when they are thinking about what to study at university, or, if they have already made the choice, what to expect when they start. I’m inclined to think that it’s probably the best law books available on this today. The company who publish it are called HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
