UNITY OF PUBLIC LAW

Thursday, June 25th, 2009

It may be worth investing in this book. This book tackles the important topic of the relationship between three parts of the public law regime in a common law jurisdiction: the common law of judicial review or the unwritten constitution, the written constitution and public international law. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s one of the handiest law books you’ll find in any of the stores. It’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. This is a book that will benefit most book buyers who are intersted in this subject so check it out now.

If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. These essays set out possible visions for a future system of international and regional jurisdiction and applicable law that is better adapted to the increasingly suoreantational character of IP rights. A second feature is the treatment of harmonisation of choice of law issues. It’s without doubt one of the best law books about today. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5.
