Take a look at this book. Islamic law is applied in differing degrees by many countries across the world and especially in the Middle East. I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. This is the CD-ROM version of the text “Gore-Browne on Companies”, 44th edition. It contains the full text of the work linked to statutory material drawn from the “Ernst and Young Companies Acts Handbook” which includes all the relevant company and insolvency legislation. I’m inclined to think that it’s probably the best law books you’ll find in any of the stores. I’ve always been a fan of books published by JORDAN PUBLISHING LTD ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.
