It presents the cornerstones of employment and discrimination law. It’s one of the greatest law books available on this today. For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Covering almost all aspects of commercial leases from receipt of instructions to termination, this book includes the various cases relating to the lease-licence distinction, Land Registry requirements, and the various changes to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Partt II.
