Sunday, August 30th, 2009

Have a look at this book. Who presupposes Kelsen’s basic norm? Is it possible to defend the presupposition in a way that is convincing? And what difference does the presupposition make? Without doubt this is one of the handiest law books you’ll find today. The company who publish it are called KLUWER ACADEMIC PUBLISHERS GROUP ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating.
