SCAMMELL AND DENSHAM’S LAW OF AGRICULTURAL HOLDINGS

Take a look at this book. Provides practical analysis of the law of agricultural holdings. This book contains a commentary on the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, as well as the full text of all relevant statutes and statutory instruments, including forms and precedents for both types of tenancy. My inclination is that it’s one of the handiest law books you’ll find about this particular subject. I like books from LEXISNEXIS UK ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.

BUTTERWORTHS COMMERCIAL AND CONSUMER LAW HANDBOOK

You should spend some time considering this book. The fourth edition of the “Commercial and Consumer Law Handbook” contains a collection of UK statutory material and EC materials, making it a useful reference source for commercial and consumer law practitioners. I’m inclined to think that it’s probably the best law books about. The company who publish it are called LEXISNEXIS UK ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.

FUNDAMENTALS OF AVIATION LAW

It’s worth taking a look at this book. Suitable for college and university courses on aviation law, this book includes chapters which cover a fundamental legal subject and discuss application of that area in the aviation environment. It also includes case-studies, and problems, along with instructor’s materials. It’s one of the greatest law books you’ll find about this particular subject. It’s published by MCGRAW-HILL EDUCATION - EUROPE ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It’s an impressive book so take a peek now.

MOST FUNDAMENTAL LEGAL RIGHT

You should spend some time considering this book. A modern treatment of the most fundamental means of securing liberty. Habeas Corpus is an ancient legal method still in use by which the Courts can require the Government and anyone else to justify why any person does not have unconditional freedom. You’ll find it the handiest law books the stores are stocking about this subject at the moment. The company who publish it are called OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.

LEADING CASES IN THE COMMON LAW

If you haven’t seen this yet, check out this book. A collection of cases in common law, centred upon the theme of the judgment establishing a long-lasting or far-reaching precedent. The cases were selected in order to illustrate how the precedents established had little or nothing to do with the trials themselves. It’s one of the best value law books available on this today. I like books from OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. It’s an impressive book so take a peek now.

FAMILY LAW IN THE TWENTIETH CENTURY

For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. A full history of the development of the law relating to the family. The book draws extensively on published and unpublished materials, shows the factors which have influenced change and seeks to put the law fully into its social and historical context. It’s without doubt one of the best law books you’ll find about this particular subject. It’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. Check out this book. A guide for police officers of all ranks, designed to prepare them for attending court. This work demystifies and explains the court process. It covers the main features and processes of the four relevant courts for police officers - the Magistrate’s Court, the Crown Court, the Youth Court and the Coroner’s Court. You’ll find that it’s one of the best law books on the market. It’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.

BUTTERWORTHS BANKING LAW GUIDE

I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. Provides a reference point for those requiring an accessible text on banking and finance. Concentrating on domestic banking in the main, this book covers international banking techniques such as the use of letters of credit, and includes discussion of the impact of EC directives. It covers the core issues succinctly. You’ll find it the handiest law books around on this subject. I’ve always been a fan of books published by LEXISNEXIS UK ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.
