If you haven’t seen this yet, take a look at this book. This text provides direct access to civil procedural law in England and Wales, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. The book also deals with private international law, in particular with aspects of jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s one of the handiest law books around on this subject. It’s published by ASPEN PUBLISHERS INC.,U.S. ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
