If you haven’t seen this yet, have a look at this book. The APIL Guide to Evidence’ is a new work offering detailed and practical advice on evidential matters as they relate to personal injury cases. An explanation of the law and applicable procedure is complemented by practical know-how advice, and tips on drafting pleadings and schedules. Helpful reading for all PI practitioners. It’s one of the greatest law books you’ll find in any of the stores. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by JORDAN PUBLISHING LTD ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5.
