If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. This work concerns the law of restitution and contains a wide selection of extracts from the basic texts and commentaries. The materials are chosen and ordered so as to foster comparative study, prefaced by comparative introductions and complemented with annotations. It’s one of the greatest law books you’ll find in any of the stores. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.
