For a long time I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Gives an account on how civil society is effected and influenced by globalisation. Part of the “Global Governance and the Quest for Justice” mini-series, this book focuses on themes of citizen organisation and empowerment set in the context of globalising legal processes. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s one of the handiest law books available on this today. It’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. Even if it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, you can’t exactly grumble about the price for the amount of information you get.

EC COMPETITION LAW

If you haven’t come across this yet, it may be worth investing in this book. Monti explores the development of EC competition law through an interdisciplinary approach. My inclination is that it’s one of the handiest law books you’ll find about this particular subject. I like books from CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.

HUMAN RIGHTS APPROACHES TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

It’s worth taking a look at this book. The essays in this collection explore the links between the environment and human rights, and respond to the growing debate among activists, lawyers, academics and policy-makers on the legal status of environmental rights in both international and domestic law. It’s one of the greatest law books you’ll find about this particular subject. It’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. European law is not a single legal system, but a series of linked and overlapping legal orders which have their own structures, terminology, institutions and working methods. This book offers a wide-ranging guide to European law. You’ll find it the handiest law books around on this subject. I’ve always been a fan of books published by SWEET and MAXWELL LTD ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.

You should spend some time considering this book. Building on “Principles of Criminal Law”, this book provides an overview of the key aspects of criminal law doctrine as it applies in England and Wales. This fifth edition includes analysis of important case law and the impact of legislative reform of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 2000. Without doubt this is one of the handiest law books about. The company who publish it are called TAYLOR and FRANCIS LTD ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.

NETHERLANDS YEARBOOK OF INTERNATIONAL LAW

I’m inclined to think that it’s probably the best law books you’ll find about this particular subject. The company who publish it are called ASSER PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It’s an impressive book so take a peek now.

If you haven’t come across this yet, it may be worth investing in this book. Includes: Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005; Public Services Ombudsman Act 2005; Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005; European Union (Accessions) Act 2006; Terrorism Act 2006; Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006; Electrical Administration Act 2006; Government of Wales Act 2006; and Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006. It’s one of the best value law books the stores are stocking about this subject at the moment. I like books from TAYLOR and FRANCIS LTD ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
