If you haven’t seen this yet, have a look at this book. A comparative study of the European law of obligations, with a map for a common European approach. It’s without doubt one of the best law books available anywhere at the moment. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
