I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Provides a comparative analysis of key areas of healthcare law, comparing English law with selected common and civil law jurisdictions within a framework of law and medical ethics. This book concludes with a comparative overview, which highlights common healthcare themes across various jurisdictions. It is for scholars and practitioners. You’ll find it the handiest law books available anywhere at the moment. I’ve always been a fan of books published by TAYLOR and FRANCIS LTD ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.
