If you haven’t come across this yet, it’s worth taking a look at this book. Mathias Siems examines whether the shareholder law of six countries is becoming more similar internationally. You’ll find it the handiest law books around on this subject. I’ve always been a fan of books published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.
