I may have mentioned this to you before but I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. Offers a modern account of English criminal law, combining a detailed exposition of the law with an exploration of its theoretical underpinnings. This book contains chapters on criminalisation and on international criminal law, as well as sections on the terrorism legislation, criminal damage, and anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOs). It’s one of the greatest law books about. It’s published by HART PUBLISHING ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.
