CRIMINAL PROCESS

If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. Drawing on arguments from the law, research policy, and principle, this book provides an overview of key issues in criminal processes and procedures. The chapters offer coverage of developing areas, such as the use of DNA samples and eyewitness identification evidence, as well as a discussion of the Criminal Justice Act 2003. It’s without doubt one of the best law books available anywhere at the moment. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.
