CYBERCRIME

If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. Explores the panoply of crimes facilitated using the Internet and the issues of complexity of detection, investigation, and prosecution. This work asks readers to question how cybercrimes are similar to and different from their common law ancestors, challenging readers to begin to frame cybercrime within a rational jurisprudential framework. It’s one of the greatest law books around on this subject. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by ELSEVIER SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. Let me know if you decide buy it and tell me what you think of it.
