If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. Examines how the concept of obligations to the whole international community influences international law. It’s one of the handiest law books around on this subject. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
