You should spend some time considering this book. A guide to understanding the basics of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. It offers an approach to what every financial manager needs to know about Sarbanes-Oxley, including the non-accelerated filers, nonprofit companies, and foreign issuers. It covers technology solutions, impact on outsourcing, SOX and foreign issuers, and implications for non-profits. You’ll find that it’s one of the best law books about. The company who publish it are called JOHN WILEY AND SONS LTD ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
