EXPLOITATIVE CONTRACTS

It examines the consequences of this conception of exploitation upon the contract law doctrines of unconscionable dealing, duress, and undue influence. It’s one of the greatest law books about today. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.
