If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. This book provides a systematic analysis of the concept of form in legal systems. It’s one of the greatest law books available anywhere at the moment. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
