I’ve always thought about buyng this book. Examines the future of labour law from a variety of perspectives. Issues covered include the employment relationship; the public- private divide; termination of employment; equality law; corporate governance; collective bargaining; workers’ participation; strikes; international labour standards; EU law; impact of globalisation. You’ll find it the handiest law books you’ll find in any of the stores. I’ve always been a fan of books published by HART PUBLISHING ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.
