HAGUE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION
If you haven’t come across this yet, it’s worth taking a look at this book. This book provides systematic analysis of the way in which The Hague Child Abduction Convention has been applied in England and Scotland, with reference also to the case law of Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand and the US. All the key provisions and terms of the Convention are explored. I’m inclined to think that it’s probably the best law books about today. I’ve always been a fan of books published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.
