It’s worth taking a look at this book. Contains the Tadic 1997 opinion/judgment from the International Criminal Trinbunal for the former Yugoslavia. It’s one of the greatest law books you’ll find about this particular subject. It’s published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.
