Take a look at this book. Contains decisions on the Guantanamo Bay detainees, the Kuwait Airways case and awards on investment protection under NAFTA. It’s one of the best value law books the stores are stocking about this subject at the moment. I like books from CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. Even if it’s not exactly what you’re looking for, you can’t exactly grumble about the price for the amount of information you get.
