If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. This updated and enlarged edition of Japanese Law, originally published in 1992, covers the entire range of Japanese law with an emphasis on commercial law covering such topics as the reform of the company law, internationalisation of competition law, the financial ‘Big Bang’, and cross-border litigation. It’s one of the handiest law books on the market. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. This is a book that will benefit most book buyers who are intersted in this subject so check it out now.
