JUDICIAL REASONING UNDER THE UK HUMAN RIGHTS ACT
If you haven’t come across this yet, it’s worth taking a look at this book. An edited collection of essays examining the judicial decision-making under the Human Rights Act 1998. You’ll find it the handiest law books about today. I’ve always been a fan of books published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.
