If you haven’t come across this yet, it may be worth investing in this book. Offers comprehensive coverage of the key areas within capital markets including securitisation, guarantees, capital adequacy, Islamic finance, prospectuses, liability management, covenants and warrants. This title explains transaction structures, the relevant documents and how statutes and case law impact on them. It’s one of the best value law books about. I like books from LEXISNEXIS UK ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.
