You should spend some time considering this book. Useful for lawyers and surveyors specialising in the leisure sector, this second edition includes chapters on golf courses and garden centres. The case studies include city centre and country hotels, cinemas and theatres, and restaurants and night-clubs. It also includes sections on rating, taxation, and compulsory purchase. You’ll find it the handiest law books you’ll find today. The company who publish it are called ESTATES GAZETTE LTD ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
