If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. Michael Heneker depicts English Law accurately in its historical context, defines properly the principles that underlie it, and describes how the legal system works to deliver justice for everyone. The style is readable, clear and easy to understand. It’s without doubt one of the best law books on the market. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by CONSTABLE AND ROBINSON ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.
