If you haven’t seen this yet, check out this book. This text sets out the legal principles governing cartels and the consequences of cartel-like behaviour. It also offers practical advice for both lawyers advising companies and company directors, such as guidance on dealing with cartel investigations by the competition authorities. My inclination is that it’s one of the handiest law books you’ll find about this particular subject. I like books from JORDAN PUBLISHING LTD ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. Ultimately it’s your decision whether you want to buy this book or not.
