I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. European law is not a single legal system, but a series of linked and overlapping legal orders which have their own structures, terminology, institutions and working methods. This book offers a wide-ranging guide to European law. You’ll find it the handiest law books around on this subject. I’ve always been a fan of books published by SWEET and MAXWELL LTD ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It could just be the book you’re looking for.
