LEARNING LEGAL SKILLS
If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. An introduction to the acquisition of critical legal skills, exploring how problems can be analyzed and how concepts like justice or efficiency may be used to argue for reform. It is suitable not only for introductory or legal method courses but also for the development of legal skills. It’s without doubt one of the best law books around on this subject. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by BLACKSTONE PRESS LTD ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.
