PLURAL OWNERSHIP

Have a look at this book. An analysis focusing on the principles underlying two areas of property law: concurrent ownership and successive ownership. This book considers the range of rights recognised by the law and the ways in which these rights operate. You’ll find that it’s one of the best law books the stores are stocking about this subject at the moment. The company who publish it are called OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.

HISTORICAL INTRODUCTION TO THE LAW OF OBLIGATIONS

If you haven’t seen this yet, check out this book. David Ibbetson exposes the historical layers beneath the modern rules and principles of contract, tort, and unjust enrichment. Small-scale changes caused by lawyers successfully exploiting procedural advantages in their clients’ interest are described and analyzed. It’s one of the handiest law books available on this today. I like books from OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.

CONTRACT LAW DIRECTIONS

If you haven’t seen this yet, today I’m recommending this book. Explains the key topics covered on contract law courses. This book, structured in four parts and designed to reflect the content of contract law courses, provides coverage of the main topics. It illustrates the topics using real life examples and cases, and presents features such as diagrams and flowcharts in a colour design. I’m inclined to think that it’s probably the best law books available on this today. The company who publish it are called OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. COMMERCIAL LAW

If you haven’t seen this yet, today I’m recommending this book. Balances an exposition of principle with an explanation of the policy underpinning the rules of commercial law. The law is subjected to thorough analysis, evaluation and criticism, and there is much reference to material from other jurisdictions, thereby giving the reader an informed coherent view of the law. I’m inclined to think that it’s probably the best law books you’ll find about this particular subject. The company who publish it are called OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. Ultimately it’s your decision whether you want to buy this book or not.

EU LAW

Take a look at this book. Covers both the institutions of the EU and the substantive law they produce. Aimed at Undergraduate students, this book follows a logical progression and presents the impact of the EU constitution. I think you’ll agree that it’s the best law books you’ll find today. I like books from OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.

AMERICAN LEGAL THOUGHT FROM PREMODERNISM TO POSTMODERNISM

If you haven’t come across this yet, it may be worth investing in this book. American legal thought has progressed remarkably quickly from premodernism to modernism and into postmodernism in little over 200 years. This text tells the story of this mercurial journey of jurisprudence by showing the development of legal thought through these three intellectual periods. It’s one of the handiest law books about. I like books from OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.

EXPLOITATIVE CONTRACTS

If you haven’t seen this yet, you should spend some time with this book. Explores the philosophical concept of ‘exploitation’ in the law relating to the formation of contracts. This volume discusses the criteria for a claim of ‘legal contractual exploitation’. It examines the consequences of this conception of exploitation upon the contract law doctrines of unconscionable dealing, duress, and undue influence. It’s one of the greatest law books about today. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. It’s not expensive for the wealth of information it contains and promises so much - definitely worth checking out.

COMPUTER LAW

Today I’m highly recommending you read up on this book. Covers the changes in IT law, including the Supreme Court decision in MGM versus Grokster. This title contains chapters on software development and licensing. It features a range of topics from contractual matters and intellectual property protection to electronic commerce, data protection and liability of internet service providers. It’s one of the greatest law books available anywhere at the moment. In case you didn’t know, it’s published by OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m rating this today at 4.5 out of 5. EUROPE’S AREA OF FREEDOM, SECURITY, AND JUSTICE

If you haven’t come across this yet, it may be worth investing in this book. Explores the main areas of legal development under the so-called ‘Area of Freedom, Security, and Justice (AFSJ)’ which was introduced into European law under the Treaty of Amsterdam of 1997. This work also examines the main subject-matter of the new AFSJ and includes discussion of the future of the AFSJ. I think you’ll agree that it’s the best law books about. I like books from OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s an impressive book so take a peek now.
