Have a look at this book. An analysis focusing on the principles underlying two areas of property law: concurrent ownership and successive ownership. This book considers the range of rights recognised by the law and the ways in which these rights operate. You’ll find that it’s one of the best law books the stores are stocking about this subject at the moment. The company who publish it are called OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
