It is useful for Housing law practitioners, and law degree students studying housing law. Without doubt this is one of the handiest law books about today. It’s published by TAYLOR and FRANCIS LTD ,(one of the better publishers) and I’m going to give this a respectable rating of 4 out of 5. This is similar to another book I bought a while back which I paid MUCH more for.
