SILENCE, CONFESSIONS AND IMPROPERLY OBTAINED EVIDENCE
Take a look at this book. This book examines the whole of the pre-trial phase of criminal investigation including the law relating to confessions, the right to silence, the admissibility of evidence obtained during pre-trial investigation and the issue of improperly obtained evidence. I think you’ll agree that it’s the best law books about. I like books from OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it if you do buy it.
