I may have mentioned this to you before but I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. Essays written by leading international scholars questioning the effectiveness of the new rhetoric of rights. It’s one of the greatest law books about. It’s published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5.
