TEXT CASES AND MATERIALS PUBLIC LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS
Take a look at this book. Takes into account of the radical programme of constitutional reform introduced by the Labour Government since 1997. This edition introduces a chapter on devolution. There is an analysis of the Human Rights Act 1998 and its impact on police powers, freedom of expression and public order law. It also analyses The Freedom of Information Act 2000. I think you’ll agree that it’s the best law books the stores are stocking about this subject at the moment. I like books from TAYLOR and FRANCIS LTD ,so I’m going to give it a relatively decent rating of 3.5 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.
