WHY GRUNDNORM?

Have a look at this book. Who presupposes Kelsen’s basic norm? Is it possible to defend the presupposition in a way that is convincing? And what difference does the presupposition make? Endeavouring to highlight the role of basic assumptions in the law, the author argues that the verb “to presuppose’, with Kelsen, has not only a conceptual, but also a normative dimension. Without doubt this is one of the handiest law books you’ll find today. The company who publish it are called KLUWER ACADEMIC PUBLISHERS GROUP ,a leading publisher in their field, so I’m giving this a reasonable 3 out of 5 rating. It’s maybe not be a book for everyone but definitely worth a look.
