I don’t know if you’ve seen this book. Assesses the past ten years of the WTO and the dispute settlement system. You’ll find it the handiest law books around on this subject. I’ve always been a fan of books published by CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS ,a good publisher, so I’m giving this a rating of 5 out of 5. It’s maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a book worth considering.
